Lorrie Gavenda started as a helper in a framing shop in Trenton. She worked under a skilled framer for 10 years and decided to open her own shop in 1995 after finding a passion in the work.
Corner Frame and Gallery has been at the crossroads of 537 and 539 for 12 years and has been local to the area for over 23 years.

Corner Frame and Gallery has a couple hundred different frame styles all made with either wood or metal. We believe composite material don’t hold up long term. For this reason, we only use quality material. In addition, we stock a wide variety of acid free mat boards. A few of the materials available for mat boards include, paper, metallic, linen, silk, and suede. Even the type of glass can be customized to create exactly what you’re looking for.
We specialize in conservation framing and shadow boxes. Conservation framing means your precious family heirloom or sports memorabilia will not be damaged or permanently altered to be framed. Corner Frame and Gallery specializes in the use of shadow boxes to mount and frame objects large and small, no matter what you bring in. The difficulty required to properly make a shadow box should be no worry for you, as we have extensive knowledge in creating a place for your memorabilia.
